Our attorneys have represented one of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world, dealing with patents in semiconductor processing, circuit design, and video and audio processing circuits. We also have experience with optoelectronics, photovoltaics, LED technology, and aircraft navigation systems.

Telecommunications

Our attorneys have served as primary outside patent counsel for one of the largest telecommunication providers in the United States. In that role (and others), we have dealt with technologies including network architecture, Internet of Things (IoT), circuit management software, broadband access technologies, content distribution networks, routing and switching hardware and software, and web development systems.

Software

Our attorneys have represented many software companies, including one of the largest database and business application software companies in the world, one of the preeminent computer security software companies, security and cryptocurrency startups, and everything in between. For over twenty years, we have developed strategies for dealing with the courts’ ever-changing treatment of business method and software patents.

Medical Devices & Mechanical

Our attorneys have represented several of the largest medical device manufacturers in the world, in fields including implantable valves, augmented reality surgical systems, biochemical testing equipment, nebulizers, optical surgical devices, and others. We have also represented multiple medical device startups in technology fields including physiological sensors and machine learning algorithms to interpret the input of such sensors, traumatic brain injury diagnosis and treatment technology, and biofeedback and transcranial stimulation technology. We have experience with many mechanical technologies, from water filters to sporting goods to infant protection devices.
